The Hui No’eau was once a private home built in 1917. The son of Henry Baldwin tasked famed architect C.W. Dickey to design the gorgeous 2 story structure. Today it is used and an Arts center. It sits upon 25 acres in upcountry Maui near Makawao and boasts north and west ocean views also with an impressive view of the west Maui mountains. The property also hosts many a special occasion including elegant and sometimes extravagant weddings.
This amazing couple came all the way from Japan to say their nuptials in the expansive and beautiful property. There are several large monkeypod trees, rolling green hills and a reflection pool to set the backdrop for your destination wedding on Maui. Don’t worry, we can take a quick drive down to the beach for photos over the turquoise Pacific after the ceremony.
Rule number 1: Always make a memorable entrance.
